If you have some time on Saturday in between finally seeing “Zero Dark Thirty”, I recommend checking out the 10th Annual Golden Globe Foreign Language Film Symposium. I can never learn enough about the directing process and have no doubt the artists such as Jacques Audiard (RUST AND BONE), Michael Haneke (AMOUR), Eric Toledano and Olivier Nakache (THE INTOUCHABLES) and Joachim Rønning and Espen Sandberg (KON-TIKI) will sharing gems. I’ve seen all of the films nominated except KON-TIKI, so considering this to be a wonderful gift of a Q&A.
Haneke (AMOUR) stole the show on The Hollywood Reporter’s annual Screenwriters Roundtable last month. Will he do it again this weekend? And most importantly, will there be translators?
The panel will be streaming on the Globes website at 11am PST on Saturday.
